how much will it cost?

Every job is different! Therefore, we do not provide set price fees. We are able to give you an idea of cost when provided with the information required to assess the size of the job.

what do you need to complete my job?

We will need your full name, date of birth, photo identification and evidence of any expenses to be claimed.

can you complete my job over the phone?

Absolutely! In fact, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, we prefer it. We have an excellent client portal to facilitate the secure sharing of information and electronic signatories.

Can you also complete jobs for my spouse or dependant?

We can. It is important to advise if more than one individual return is required, so we can assure we have assigned enough time for your appointment. We will also require all mandatory documentation listed above for each individual.

what if i am no longer available for my appointment time?

No problem. You can reschedule your appointment online or call us to reschedule.
